In a modification free Customer Implementation of this BAdI, Customer is able to edit Merchadise Category Hierarchy Data before transmitted to SAP F&R.
Merchandise Categories and Hierarchy Nodes will be created in F&R as Products, so Method MODIFY_MCH has four Changing Parameters. One (P_PRODH_DATA) for the Hierarchy Assignments and three (P_MATKEY, P_MATTXT, P_MARM) for the Product Master Data:
P_PRODH_DATA: Hierarchy Data
P_MATKEY: Product Header Data
P_MATTXT: Product Description Data
P_MARM: Product Unit of Measure Data (at the Moment not used for Hierarchies)
This Method is called within initial and delta Transmission of Merchandise Category Hierarchies from Function Module FRE_MC_HIER_SELECT via Subroutine BADI_CALL in Include LFRE_MASTER_DBF02.
ID's of Merchandise Categories or Hierarchy Nodes must not be modified here! This can be done in an Implementation of BAdI FRE_MCH_ID_MOD_BADI!
