Use
The assignment to organizational units first happens once for each year and company code. The year entered is a from-year, in other words, the entries remain valid until new entries are maintained.
In the second step you assign concrete organizational units (in accordance with the basic settings) to the partly exempt organizations. You can also assign more than one unit (for example, business areas) to the same organization. This does not work the other way round: you cannot assign a business area/company code/and so on to more than one organization.
