In this section you specify material groups for sales unit materials. You create sales unit models as configurable materials. Once created, you can assign these materials to a material group. The material group is used to group materials with the same attributes, in this case sales units. This provides an easy way to search for your materials.

  • The material group is defined in Customizing for the material master in Define material groups.

  • To add a material group, choose New Entries. Then enter the material. When you are finished with your entries, save your work.
