In this section you define the characteristics groups for the fit list. The characteristics group is used to group together the characteristics that are relevant for Real Estate-Sales and Configuration Management.
Characteristics are used to manage options and restrictions that go with a specific location. These include options and restrictions related to the elevation of a building, the building's foundation, or the building's structure. The values for the characteristic depend on the unit's location within the business entity.
When the unit is sold, the system validates the characteristics and alerts you on options that are not permitted.

- To add a group, choose New Entries. Then enter the characteristic. Repeat this step for each new characteristic. When you are finished with your entries, save your work.
