Use
In this wizard, you make the Customizing settings for document splitting. To simplify the task, the wizard combines all the necessary IMG activities. Moreover, you can use rules to check the Customizing settings.
By using the wizard, you do not need to perform the individual IMG activities in addition to the wizard.
Caution:
The relevant maintenance dialogs for Customizing are linked in the wizard. Data that you change in the maintenance dialogs are saved immediately. Note that it is not possible to restore the initial status of the Customizing settings. For this reason, you can interrupt the wizard at any time, retaining the data that has been saved so far.
If you use the wizard to change the Customizing settings for document splitting, you cannot make these Customizing changes by navigating to an IMG activity from a link in the system documentation. Doing so could result in inconsistent Customizing settings.
