Use
In this activity, you can activate integrated planning for General Ledger Accounting from Overhead Cost Controlling (CO-OM) for secondary cost elements. In versions using integrated planning, plan data on secondary cost elements is also updated in or copied to General Ledger Accounting. However, the system does not update this plan data under the secondary cost element in the general ledger; instead, account determination determines a valid general ledger account - as is the case for the real-time integration of actual data.
Requirements
In the activity Define Account Determination for Real-Time Integration, you have defined account determination for the following plan transactions:
- KSPB - Plan Assessment to CO-PA
- KZPP - Planned Periodic Overhead
- RKP2 - Planning Activities
- RKP2 - Planning Secondary Costs
- RKP7 - Planning Activity-Dependent Secondary Costs
- RKP8 - Planning Settlement Costs
- RKP9 - Planning Activity-Dependent Settlement Costs
- RKPL - Plan Indirect Activity Allocation
- RKPS - Secondary Planning with Template
- RKPU - Plan Overhead Cost Assessment
- RKPW - Secondary Order Cost Planning
- RKPX - Activity-Dependent Secondary Order Cost Planning
- RKPZ - Planned Credit for Overheads
Standard settings
With the standard settings, integrated planning only applies for primary cost elements.
Activities
Perform the activation in your development system and transport the change to your test and consolidation systems.
Caution:
The change is made independently of the client.
Example
After activation, plan assessment from Controlling forms part of integrated planning.
