Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Asset Accounting (FI-AA) component. You can use this BAdI to influence the calculation of impairment amounts according to your needs.
You specify how the total amount of the impairment that you enter is distributed to the individual assets in a worklist. The BAdI is called for an impairment worklist if you have specified that the system should take your specifications into account when distributing the total amount of the impairment.
Warning
Make sure that the total amount of the impairment agrees with the total of the impairment amounts for the individual assets.
The distribution is made using the method Distribution of Impairment Amount (DISTRIBUTE_IMPAIRMENT). The method uses the following parameters:
- Import parameter
I_DISTR_CUST: Structure of the parameters that are relevant for the distribution of the total amount to the assets in a worklist. The structure is defined by the structure FIAA_IMPAIR_DISTR_CUST. - Return parameter
CT_IMPBTR: Table of the impairment amounts. The table is defined by the structure FIAA_WF_IMPBTR and contains the impairment amounts of the individual assets in a worklist. The amounts for each asset are further divided into asset acquisitions from the prior year and acquisitions from the current year.
