Use
In this IMG activity, you check whether there are any object number inconsistencies between the totals table and the individual object tables.
In the totals table, combinations of specific key fields are combined into object numbers. For this, each object number is assigned an object table containing a definition of the assigned combination of key fields.
The totals table can only be updated correctly if there are no inconsistencies between the object numbers of the totals table and the definitions of the object tables.
Requirements
Standard settings
The default language for the check results is English. For information on changing the language setting, see SAP Note 940668.
Activities
Perform this activity before and after the following actions:
- Manual changes to the table structure
- Combining specific units (such as combining company codes)
- Running conversion programs
Note
Since this activity can take longer for large data volumes, we recommend performing the activity in the background.
