Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the address layouts that you want to use in your Web shops, to accommodate the fact that different countries use different entries in their addresses and also sort entries differently.
Example: In a US address, the city precedes the postal code, and the state is a mandatory field, whereas in a European address, the postal code comes first, and entering a state is optional.

Activities
Check the Web shop address layouts delivered by SAP and create new ones, if necessary.
Assign these address layouts to layouts used for printing addresses, created in central address management.
Extend the Java UI programming so that a different UI view is used for each address layout. As a result, the UI view in the Web shop changes dynamically depending on the country Web shop customers choose when entering an address. It may show different fields, show fields in a different order, and qualify different fields as being mandatory.
For more information about creating your own UI views for address layouts, see the Development and Extension Guide for SAP Web Channel Experience Management on SAP Service Marketplace at http://service.sap.com/wec-inst.
Note: If you create new address layouts, make sure that you also create a new UI view with each address layout in the Java UI programming.
