Use
In this IMG activity, you check the standard assignment of the partner function SH to the partner determination procedure AG.
If you create a sold-to party, you must specify the partner with partner function SH. If you created the ship-to party previously for the account group 0002 in the partner determination procedure WESR, the SAP system will find the MSDS recipient with the partner function SR (safety data sheet receiver) using the ship-to party. If the ship-to party has not been assigned an MSDS recipient with partner function SR, shipping is carried out for the ship-to party with partner function SH.
Note:
If the ship-to party is the same as the sold-to party, the MSDS is always shipped to the ship-to party.
Requirements
You have processed the IMG activity Set Up Partner Determination for report shipping from shipping documents.
Activities
Check assignment of partner functions SH to the partner determination procedure AG as follows:
- Choose Goto -> Partner procedures.
- Position the cursor on the AG field and choose the Procedure details function.
- Ensure that the partner function SH is a mandatory function.
