Use
With this IMG activity you can control the display of identifiers in a report specifically for characteristics. The identification listing is determined dynamically during report generation in accordance with your definition.
Example
You have defined the identification listing Z_EINST in Check Identification Listing. This is to be used by the SAP system if the EINECS substance list is available:

- IDListPrio: 1
- ID categ.: NAM
- ID type: CAS
- Reg. list: EINECS
In this IMG activity, you assign the identification listing the characteristic of a value assignment type.
For example, the value assignment type Hazardous substance rating of category listing was chosen, so that this value assignment type can be assigned the components of the hazardous substance in question.
The characteristic Regulatory basis belongs to the value assignment type Hazardous substance rating, and was defined in the SAP component Classification System so that a regulatory list (substance list) from the SAP component Environment, Health and Safety can be assigned to it as a value.
The substance list assigned as a value to this characteristic controls which identifiers the SAP system determines for the individual components.
In the example given, the SAP system uses the identifier with the highest priority at the top of the identification listing Z_EINST with the substance list for this identification listing (EINECS):
- ID listing: Z_EINST
- IDListPos.: 1
- IDListPrio: 1
- Over. fld.: F_SLSTID (substance list is overridden, see input help (F4))
- Value assignment type: SAP_EHS_1023_004 (hazardous substance rating)

Note:
The identification listing can be overridden using the identification category, the identification type, the substance list, or the maximum number of identifiers. In the example given, the substance list is used (overridden field = F_SLSTID).
Definition of report template:
On the report template, you must create a repeating group for the value assignment type Hazardous substance rating for the identifier symbol (GESTRIDENT), and enter it as subexpansion type T. T stands for the selection strategy defined in the example with Z_EINST. You must enter a * at the end of the symbol so that all specifications of the substances in the listing are read.
