In this IMG activity, you assign the user exit names for user exit category SRE_DIST to the following fields:

Reason (for a report shipping order)
Reason type
Business process
Communication type
Communication group
Exit type
Note:
The exit type defines a jump in the program for report shipping and should not be confused with the user exit category in user exit management.

At the appropriate point during report shipping, the SAP system calls the user exits according to the data entered in these fields.

You have created the user exits in Customizing for Basic Data and Tools in the IMG activity Manage User Exits.

Call the IMG activity and define the names by choosing Edit -> New entries.
