n this IMG activity, you define the cover sheet template and the template for the acknowledgement of receipt you want the SAP System to generate and ship for an EH&S report depending on the shipping reason.
Requirements
The cover sheet template and the template for the acknowledgement of receipt must exist.
Activities
Call the IMG activity and make your entries by choosing Edit -> New entries.

In the Specify Shipping Reasons IMG activity, check whether you have activated bundling for the shipping reasons for which you want to print a cover sheet/acknowledgement of receipt. If you have already done this, then you must specify at least one entry independent of the shipping reason in the Assign Templates: Cover Sheets/Acknowledgements of Receipt IMG activity. This means that you must leave the shipping reason blank. Otherwise, the report shipping process does not find any cover sheets/acknowledgements of receipt and the report shipping order is aborted.
