Use
During the local currency changeover, there are not allowed to be any unfinished service charge settlements in the system. This applies especially to service charge settlements that process external data (D-tape). Reverse the given step in the settlement, if necessary. The following alternatives are possible:
- Before the local currency changeover, post the settlement results of the imported D-tape in the system, that is, carry out the external heating costs settlement completely and in update mode for the imported D-tape before local currency changeover.
- If it was not possible to execute the settlement beforehand, then you can execute it after the changeover, but only if the currency amounts are on the D-tape in euros. Ask the settlement company to provide you with a tape with values in euros.
You must not make any postings during changeover.
