Use
In this Customizing activity, you can specify whether or not maintenance workers are informed about the number of jobs waiting for them when they open the Maintenance Worker launchpad.
This setting applies to both jobs waiting for processing and jobs waiting for confirmation.
Performance is the only reason not to have the number of jobs displayed.
Requirements
Standard settings
The number of jobs is displayed by default for all users (fourth option is selected for user DEFAULT).
Activities
You can specify that the number of jobs is not displayed by choosing the option Neither mine nor my team's, or you can specify that the number of jobs is displayed by choosing any of the three remaining options.
