Use

In this Customizing activity, you can define a generic extension of a CPE formula or a CPE term that includes additional data. You link the terms or formulas with a database table by defining a CPE reference name to which you assign exactly one database table.

You can use this extension for internal purposes in the customer namespace.

Note: The DB table must contain the key fields CLIENT with type MANDT and REF_GUID with type CPET_REF_GUID.

Requirements

Standard settings

The CPE reference type defines whether the extension is to be used for a CPE formula or a CPE term.

Activities

  1. Select the logical system.
  2. Select the CPE reference type.
  3. Enter a short name for the CPE reference name.
  4. Enter a description for the CPE reference name.
  5. Select a table.
  6. Save your entries.
