Use
In this IMG activity you define calculation rules for the commodity pricing engine (CPE). Calculation rules are used to calculate a commodity rate from several quotations, such as to obtain the average commodity rate in a given period.
The result (such as the average, highest, or lowest commodity rate) depends on the calculation routine used.
You can define an upper and a lower limit. In the case of a calculation result that lies beyond these limits, the result is set to the corresponding limit.
Requirements
If you want to use your own calculation routines, you have to first define these.
The following namespaces are valid for the routines:
0000000 - 0009999: General CPE routines from SAP
0010000 - 0019999: Industry-specific routines from SAP
0020000 - 0029999: Routines from SAP partners
0030000 - 0099999: Customer-specific routines
0100000 - 9999999: not used yet
The following namespaces are valid for the rules:
00000 - 0ZZZZ: General CPE rules from SAP
10000 - 8ZZZZ: Industry-specific rules from SAP
90000 - 9ZZZZ: Rules from SAP partners
A0000 - ZZZZZ: Customer-specific rules
