Use
In this IMG activity, you can define blocking reasons for the commodity pricing engine (CPE).
If an event, such as missing data, occurs during CPE formula evaluation, the corresponding blocking reasons can be set for a term or formula. The blocking reasons can then be passed to the corresponding document item and so influence subsequent processes.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP delivers the following blocking reasons as standard:
- Missing Currency Exchange Rate
- Missing Price Quotation
These blocking reasons can be set by using the date substitution routines 3, 13, or 23 in the formula.
Activities
Once you have defined the CPE blocking reasons, you must assign them to the blocking reasons in Customizing for the calling application.
