CIC supports reminder scripting. Reminder scripting is scripting that appears when certain activities (events) occur. It provides basic instructions and reminders specific to that activity.
To define which activities are scripted, a profile must be created that includes all those activities. The profile is then assigned to a CIC profile for a specific framework, which is linked to an agent organization level in PD Org. Script text, variables, and profile assignments are maintained in Scripting Administration (not in the IMG).
Repeat the following steps for all activities to be scripted:
- Enter a name in Script Prof field.
- Select an activity code.
