In this setting, you can define callback queues.

The purpose of this function is to plan calls for a future point in time, and then manually execute them at the required time.

Such planned return calls can be assigned to the callback queues that you assign here. The return call can be assigned to a queue (for example, campaigns, complaints, customer service) and scheduled for a particular time. The user name of the agent who should make the return call can be entered. The information about the caller is specified from the current call. Additional information can be specified using a notes section.

To execute the return call, the agent uses the mouse to click on the required entry in the callback list.
