  1. Execute the activity Maintain priorities for appointment calendar.
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Specify a priority.

    You can specify a number from 0 to 9, where 0 has the highest priority and 9 the lowest.

  4. Specify a name for this priority.

    The priority is displayed under this name in the input help.

  5. Choose Save.

Further notes

At least one priority must be maintained so that appointments can be created.
