Use

This Customizing activity enables you to assign a priority to an error category for a specific service. The entry you make here overrides the priority that is generally assigned to the error category in the activity Assign Priority to Error Category.

Activities

If you want to assign a priority to an error category for a specific service, or if you want to override the existing priority, proceed as follows:

  1. Copy the entry that you want to override.
  2. Change the owner.
    Note that entries with the owner Customer override entries with the owner Partner. Entries with the owner Partner in turn override entries with the owner SAP AG.
  3. In the field Name or Description, enter the service for which you want to prioritize the error category.
  4. Enter the required priority as a number between 1 (highest priority) and 999999 (lowest priority).
  5. Save your changes.
