Use

This Customizing activity enables you to check which priority is generally assigned to an error category. If required, you can override this predefined priority.

Activities

To override the priority generally assigned to an error category, proceed as follows:

  1. Copy the entry that you want to override.
  2. Change the owner. Note that entries with the owner Customer override entries with the owner Partner. Entries with the owner Partner in turn override entries with the owner SAP AG.
    Also note that all entries supplied by SAP that assign an individual priority to an error category for a specific service, will be overridden once you generally assign a priority to the error category.
  3. Enter the required priority as a number between 1 (highest priority) and 999999 (lowest priority).
  4. Save your changes.
