Use
The data from the address lists is saved in the master data objects 0ELM_GUID_H and 0ELM_GUID_I.
If the data is changed using the External List Management functions (via the interface or by processing steps, for example, duplicate check), the system generates a so-called m-version of the data. Only once the hierarchies or attributes are activated, is an a-version generated from the m-version. For example, the A version is only used in queries. This means that the results for checks such as the duplicate check will only be displayed in the query if the data of the m-version has been transferred to the a-version.
You should therefore schedule a periodic background job in the Administrator Workbench or in Attribute/Hierarchy Change Run that activates the hierarchies and attributes for objects 0ELM_GUID_H and 0ELM_GUID_I. The repeat period for the background job depends on the period between the two changes to the data.
