Use
In this activity, you create new mappings of your own SAP BW exceptions to the alerts in SAP CRM, which can be displayed in the portal. You also maintain the mappings of the SAP BW exceptions to the standard alert categories.
You can define multiple alert categories for the same exception and a range of alert levels. You can map multiple alert levels to a single alert category
Activities
You can maintain mapping entries or create new mappings with the following values:
Field name Description
Record Id Arbitrary ID for mapping entry
Alert Category Alert category
Exception Id GUID of the exception
Operator Alert level operator
Alert Level (from) Denotes range of alert level (low)
Alert Level (to) Denotes range of alert level (high
Object Key Name of InfoObject to be referred to in portal. Only single object keys are supported
Responsibility ODS Name of the recipient ODS object. The Responsibility ODS must contain the Object Key specified for the exception as the key field and a user name field as the data field. These may be filled either by Staging or by an Analysis Process.
User InfoObject Name of the InfoObject
CRM Object Type CRM Object Type. You must specify this, if you need to generate links to the BSP pages for the alert inbox.
Resp. Function Model Name of the responsible function module
