Use

In this IMG activity, you can specify which CRM System provides the information for a user logged on to the portal. This is only relevant for CRM portal roles which use the exit variable System Name (0P_USSYS).

You can find further information on this variable in the SAP Library under Business Content -> Customer Relationship Management -> Sales -> Sales Analysis for CRM -> Variables -> System Name.

Activities

Create a new entry for the CRM System which is connected to your Portal. Enter the following:

  1. Enter the logical system name (LOGSYS) in the RFC Destination field. You must enter the LOGSYS directly; the input help (F4) only gives the RFC Destination. The RFC Destination is a 32 character text which can be freely chosen, the logical system name is 10 characters long and specified by the system.
  2. Choose the value CONTENT in the CRM Scenarios field.
  3. Enter an X in the CRM Default System field.
