Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Business Context Viewer (CA-EPT-BCV) component.
You can use this BAdI to adjust the list of drill-down options in BCV, for example to filter the query views listed as drill-down navigation targets in the drill-down dialog box.
The system displays drill-down options on query views by means of a link (table) or a series of charts you can click. The drill-down navigation target is for example a query view whose input values are supplied with the corresponding values of the source query view output values.
Requirements
You have set up queries and query views in Customizing activities Define BCV Queries and Define Query Views. You have made connections between query output and input data in Customizing activities Define Meanings and Define BCV Queries.
Standard settings
The BAdI is designed for multiple use.
The BAdI is filter-dependent, the filter criteria are the application and object type that are assigned to the context key.

Example
The output of query A contains a material number. Query B requires a material number as input value. Both input types are specified with meanings. The system automatically looks for fitting drill-down query views, and offers query view B as a drill-down navigation target that uses the value material number.
