Use

In this Customizing activity, you can define meanings in Business Context Viewer (CA-EPT-BCV). The meaning describes the content of a field of a search connector, query and query view. You can assign meanings at any of these levels.

Activities

  1. You use the defined meanings at the setup of the input and output fields of the search connector.
  2. When you set up the fields of a query, the meanings of the fields of the search connector assigned to the query are taken over by the system. You can overwrite the meanings if necessary.
  3. The system uses meanings to describe query variables.
  4. When you set up the fields of a query view, the meanings of the fields of the query assigned to the query view are taken over by the system. You can overwrite the meanings if necessary.
