Use

In this Customizing activity, as a Business Context Viewer (CA-EPT-BCV) administrator, you can perform a BCV authorization check to verify whether a user is authorized to perform a specific operation on a BCV object, for example, for displaying a query view.

You can analyze problems reported by BCV users to you, the BCV administrator, that are related to missing authorizations. You can use this Custumizing activity to analyze the reasons why a user is not authorized to perform an operation on a BCV object.

Requirements

You have the necessary set of authorizations to carry out this Customizing activity. The sample role BCV Administrator (SAP_BCV_ADMIN) containing the necessary authorizations is delivered by SAP.
