Use
In this Customizing activity, you can specify the maximum number of hits that the system retrieves from a data provision technology.
Note that different data provision technologies allow for different levels of control over the maximum number of hits you specify in this Customizing activity. For example, in the case of Business Intelligence (BI), the system returns no more than the maximum number of hits. In the case of Business Add-Ins (BAdIs), however the remote system returns all of the data that is available. The result is reduced to the maximum number you specify in this Customizing activity, in the (local) receiving system.
Requirements
Standard settings
If you do not specify the maximum number of hits, the system retrieves all of the data.
