Use

You can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) BADI_IUID to handle UID constructs other than UID1 or UID2.

  • UID1
    Issuing agency code + enterprise identifier + serial number
  • UID2
    Issuing agency code + enterprise identifier + material number + serial number

Requirements

Standard settings

  • No BAdI implementation is activated in the standard system.
  • The BAdI cannot be used more than once.
  • The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
