Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Plant Maintenance (PM) component. You can use this BAdI to activate a menu option for field selection for additional objects in the serial number history.
This BAdI uses the following methods:
Requirements
You have appended the additional objects with the BAdI BADI_EAM_SERIAL_HISTORY.
Standard settings
In the standard system, no default implementation exists or is active.
The BAdI is filter independent and is not designed for multiple use.
This BAdI has no methods to be implemented in the programming logic, because field selection for additional objects has already been programmed generically.

Note
Assign a general text to the function code for the serial number history, such as Further Objects, because several implementations of the BAdI BADI_EAM_SERIAL_HISTORY refer to this function code.
