Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Commodity Pricing Engine (CA-GTF-CPE) component. You can use this BAdI to define a customer-specific logic (time unit routine) according to which the system calculates the length of your evaluation period, meaning the start and the end.

This BAdI is called during the CPE formula evaluation process.

Requirements

You have defined the required routines and corresponding descriptions for the commodity pricing engine (CPE) in the Customizing activity Define CPE Routine for the submodule 14, Time Unit Routine.

You have specified the valid time unit routine in the Customizing activity Define Period Determination Rule.

You can create and activate an implementation of the BAdI BADI_CPE_FE_DATEOFFSET_ROUTINE for determining the valid base date.

Standard settings

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

Activities

For information about implementing BAdIs as part of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.
