Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Commodity Pricing Engine (CA-GTF-CPE) component. You can use this BAdI to define a customer-specific logic (term type routine) according to which the system is to calculate the term rate and currency, as well as the valid price unit and unit of measure for a special term type. For example, depending on the term type the system copies fixed term rates and term rates from reference documents or calculates the term rate based on the assigned term rule.
This BAdI is called during the CPE formula evaluation process.
Requirements
You have defined the required routines and corresponding descriptions for the commodity pricing engine (CPE) in the Customizing activity Define CPE Routine for the submodule 05,Term Type Routine.
You have assigned the valid term type to the corresponding term key, for example in Customizing for Materials Management under Commodity Pricing --> MM-Specific CPE Objects --> Define CPE Term or in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under Basic Functions --> Commodity Pricing --> SD-Specific CPE Objects --> Define CPE Term.
