Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Commodity Pricing Engine (CA-GTF-CPE) component. You can use this BAdI to define a customer-specific logic (source routine) according to which the system is to create a list of market data for commodities or currencies. The system determines the values for each price quotation, quotation group, or currency exchange rate in a specific time period, depending on the source routine that serves as a filter for this BAdI. You can specify that you want the system to also take other factors into account when creating the results list, for example that it should consider the Exclude Base Date or Max. Weighting indicators.
This BAdI is called during the CPE formula evaluation process.
Requirements
You have defined the required routines and corresponding descriptions for the commodity pricing engine (CPE) in the Customizing activity Define CPE Routine for the submodule 17, Source Routine.
You have specified the valid routines and made all term-specific settings in the Customizing activity Define Period Determination Rule.
You have specified quotation sources, types, names, and groups in Customizing for Commodity Pricing Engine under Definition of CPE Quotations.
