Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Commodity Pricing Engine (CA-GTF-CPE) component. You can use this BAdI to define a customer-specific logic (date offset routine) according to which the system is to determine the base date. The base date is the reference date that has been postponed by a specific time period. The system uses the base date during formula evaluation to determine the valid period for pricing.
This BAdI is called during the CPE formula evaluation process.
Requirements
You have defined the required routines and corresponding descriptions for the commodity pricing engine (CPE) in the Customizing activity Define CPE Routine for the submodule 13, Date Offset Routine.
You have assigned the valid date offset routine in Customizing for Commodity Pricing Engine under Term-Specific CPE Settings --> Define Period Determination Rule.
You can create and activate an implementation of the BADI_CPE_FE_REF_DATE_ROUTINE BAdI for determining the valid reference date.
