Method GET_TZONE_INTO:
This method contains two tasks:
The time zone 'UTC' is read from Customizing. It is defined by the time zone, which has no time distance to the Universal Time Code (UTC) or to summer time.
The flag 'ev_no_conversion' is supported. It is activated by default (ev_no_conversion='X'). Hence, no time conversion is carried out.
If the user wants to convert the local time to UTC, the last command of the method (ev_no_conversion='X') has to be deleted.
Method CONVERT_TIME:
Executes the time conversion from a given time zone 'iv_tzone_from' into a target time zone 'iv_tzone_into'. As a result, the imported date and time is 'iv_date, iv_time', the converted date and time is 'ev_date', 'ev_time'.
