In this IMG activity you define categories for the cleaning objects. In the category you determine which fields subsequently appear on the cleaning object screen and thereby which data you can enter.

Activities

  1. Enter the category, description and unit of measurement. Choose Continue.

    The unit of measurement applies to all the objects of this category. Once you have selected a unit of measurement it cannot be changed. Use meters for streets, square meters for parks, and so on.

  2. In the selection list, mark all the screen fields you want to use for the cleaning object category.

    These fields are divided as follows:

    • SAP fields
      • These fields are sorted into groups. If you mark one group then all the fields belonging to the screen appear on the cleaning object screen.
    • User-defined fields
      • You must define these fields in the CI_ROB customer include. CI_ROB is a part of EEWA_ROD database table (cleaning object). Changes made in CI_ROB affect the EEWA_ROB table structure. If you have activated CI_ROB you may have to execute the EEWA_ROB table using the database utility (transaction se14).
