In this IMG activity, you define the document types for consumption billing and partial billing. When you generate joint bills for consumption and partial bills, you can maintain document types for the contract accounting document for consumption billing, partial billing, budget billing clearing, clearing, interest calculation, and cash security deposit interest calculation documents, as well as for invoices from SD billing documents and other debit entries resulting from statistical documents.

The clearing document is required for possible clearing during the joint invoicing of consumption and partial invoices.

The interest document is required if you want to charge interest on open items during the joint invoicing of consumption and partial invoices.

The cash security deposit interest calculation document is required if you want to calculate interest for cash security deposits during the joint invoicing of consumption and partial invoices.

The billing document is required if you want to bill an SD billing document during the joint invoicing of consumption and partial invoices.

The debit entry document is required if you want to generate a statistical debit entry document during the joint invoicing of consumption and partial invoices.
