In the Display Profile Value transaction, you can configure how the system displays the period for which a profile value is valid. To do this, choose Change Time Display. You can choose between a time and period display. Once you have made this settings, it is saved in a user-dependent parameter.

You can configure the system to save you settings by setting the EDM_TFT_DISPLAY SET/GET parameter in the user profile. Note that X = period display and ' ' = time display.
