You create orders and notificatons from the periodic replacement list and the sampling procedure.

Activities

  1. If you want to determine and save the business partner during creation of orders or notifications, select the Save partner field.

    This enables you to display corresponding orders and notifications from Customer Interaction Center, provided that the business partner is an SD customer.

  2. Select either orders or notifications in the Document categ. field.
  3. Select the level at which the orders or notifications are to be created in the Bundling field.
  4. Choose whether you would like to create the orders or notifications for uninstalled devices in the Uninst. Devs field.

    If you would like to create the orders or notifications for uninstalled devices, you can also bundle all sample devices of a storage location in a single order or notification.

  5. Save your entries.
