Requirements
Standard settings
Before you can use the IACs, you must check them out. To do this, use either the Object Navigator function under Tools -> ABAP Workbench -> Overview (transaction code se80), or the SAP@WebStudio. You can find the IAC service in the development class EWEBIAC.
Once you have checked out the IACS, you must change the service files. Enter the parameters that apply to your ERP system.
Note that you can use the IAC dummy service. This comprises a sample utility company and contains call and navigation scenarios for all the IACs. Check this service out as well.
The services are checked out into the IACPROJECT folder. Store this folder together with all the sub-folders on the Web site of your Internet Transaction Server (ITS). Ensure the folder is stored at the highest folder level.
You can then call the call box under the URL http://name of your ITS/sap/its/iacproject/index.htm and start the services from there. Note that the entries required to start the services- contained in the navigation.html HTML page (in the IACPROJECT folder)- must be the same as the entries contained in your ITS.
Recommendation
Note that each IS-U business partner requires a KNA1 Internet user, and that you must create an SD customer alongside each IS-U business partner when creating the business partner in an ERP system.
For more information, see Customizing under Business Partner.
Internet users can be created in the Maintain Internet User function (SU05), or by customers themselves during registration on the utility company's Web site.
