In this IMG activity, you define processing variants for disconnection documents.
You can define the following settings for each processing variant:
- Disconnection reason
- Disconnection order code for service management
- Reconnection order code for service management
- Control of budget billing adjustment
- Definition of contact types, classes, and activities (after version V1.0)
The processing variants are provided by SAP.
Example
Requirements
- The contact types, classes, and activities must already be defined. Maintain this data by selecting Utilities industry -> Customer service -> Customer contacts.
- You define the disconnection order codes for work management by selecting Utilities industry -> Work management -> Processing -> Define order odes and allocate order codes to order profiles.
Order codes from work management must be allocated to a service object that relates to a functional location (reference object type) in table T399A. You can find the service object by choosing: Utilities industry -> Work management -> Processing -> Define service objects.
Standard settings
You may not change the entries provided by SAP. You may use the following namespaces: X*, Y*, Z* (customer namespace).
