Basics

You can use this BAdI to configure E-mail notifications for Utility Customer E-Services.
Three BAdI methods are available for each of the five services that send E-mails (Move-In, Move-Out, Move-In/Out, Meter Reading Entry, Budget Billing Adjustment):

  • The *_FILL_FUNC_NAME method enters the smart form names for usage in the SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME standard function module.
  • The *_CALL_SF_FUBA method calles the function module that belongs to the smart form.
  • The *_BEFORE_SEND_MSG method allows you to change the text in the E-mail.

You must have made the corresponding system settings for sending E-mails and for using smart forms.
