If you select the SI for Business Partner add (search index for business partner address) field, and you want to use the search index, then you must first structure the index using the REU_SEARCH_IND_UPDATEreport (update search index for business partner by service address). The system always keeps the index up-to-date, so you do not have to perform any additional activities.

If you select the SIndex Alt.Contr.Acc (search index for alternative contract account) field, you inform the system that the line item contains a search index for an alternative contract account for the collective bill. In the productive system, the system regularly updates the index.
