Use

In the table Select SBP or JBP, you can select the billing period.

Limitation:

Note that all division categories for release 4.71 have to be billed with either SBP or JBP .

The tables Solution Packages - SAP Proposal and Solution Packages - Customer-Specific describe the resolution of conflict scenarios. This is currently only planned for JBP.
There are one or more alternative solutions for every scenario.
The selection indicator for dialog and batch determines whether a selection dialog box appears, a specific alternative is automatically executed or whether nothing happens at all.
The test buttons allow you to visualize the results that each of the settings lead to.

You can enter settings that differ from the SAP defaults in the table Solution Packages - Customer-Specific.
Note, however, that you cannot add or delete alternatives to or from the list, you can only change the type of selection.
For example, if the SAP proposal is a dialog box with three alternatives, you can only limit the selection to two, or a single alternative thatruns automatically.
If you reject all alternatives, this leads to an error when meter reading results are entered. This may be intentional, but must be carefully considered since it can cause a lot of time and effort in reprocessing.

In mass processing, there must always be exactly one solution that can be selected. If there is any doubt, the system uses the first permissible alternative.

Use the test button in the detail and overview screen in order to check the results of your settings.

When the check is executed, the first entry that displays any of the errors mentioned above is always displayed in the overview screen.

Note

The following three tables are available:

  • Select SBP or JBP
  • Solution Package - SAP Proposal
  • Solution Package - Customer-Specific

Not that the table Solution Package - SAP Proposal is not client dependent.
