Standard settings

SAP supplies you with the following transactions:

  • Internal main transaction: 0040 (interest)
  • Internal subtransaction:
    • 0010 (statistical interest request)
    • 0020 (interest receivable)
    • 0030 (interest credit)
    • 0040 (interest receivable for installment plan)
    • 0045 (interest credit for installment plan)

The following only apply to utility companies:

  • Internal main transaction: 0025 (cash security deposit interest)
  • Internal transactions:
    • 0010 (cash security deposit interest receivable)
    • 0020 (transfer cash security deposit interest)

Convert your statistically posted interest to the true interest receivables in posting area 1010.
