Use
In this IMG activity you configure simple requirements. You must determine the credential types that belong to the requirement.
You can assign a requirement a credential description directly. In this case the system checks for the existence of an assignment of this credential description at runtime. You can also individually configure all check-relevant attributes. You can determine the following:
- Are the values of the specified credential description relevant at runtime?
- Should the field be filled with the process data at runtime, so that the requirement is created from the process data?
- Is a single attribute not check-relevant with regard to the requirement?
- Is a single attribute defined by an individually specified fixed value?
Finally the BAdI CRD_SIMPLERQMNT is available for changing the catalog of check-relevant attributes.
Note that if more check-relevant attributes are subsequently added to the credential type used, the existing requirements descriptions do not know these new attributes and are consequently incomplete. You must therefore edit the requirements description again.
The individual attributes of the simple requirements descriptions always have the same effective validity as the requirements description itself. If you want to influence the effective validity, you must therefore do this on the level of the requirements description.
Changes to the characteristics of the attributes of the requirements descriptions are subject to the versioning of Incentive and Commission Management (ICM). You can view the change history in the view where all versions are displayed. If any attribute changes were made to a version of a simple requirement, this version is displayed more than once with the relevant technical validity periods.
Requirements
- The requirement type of the requirement must be configured as a requirement type for simple requirements
- The credential type that you refer to must have been created.
- If you want to use a credential description, we recommend that you create it in advance.
Standard settings
Activities
Example
The credential descriptions for credential type 100 have the check-relevant attributes Invalid (standard attribute) LoB, Region, Color Code. The corresponding credential description ABC1 has this attribute with the characteristics Invalid = space, LoB = 'Food Products', Region = 'North', Color Code = 'Yellow'.
If you now configure a simple requirement for credential type 100 and specify the description ABC1, each partner that is assigned this requirement is checked at runtime if it has a credential assignment of the description ABC1 at the time of the check.
If, on the other hand, you do not specify the credential description and instead specify for the LoB that the value should be filled from the process data at runtime, and you mark the region as being not relevant, and assign to the Invalid attribute the fixed value space and set the Color Code to '*', and the LoB 'Building Material' is taken from the process data, then the system looks for an assignment of a description with the attributes 'Invalid' = space, LoB = 'Building Material', Color Code = '*'. (In other words, * is not a placeholder and the region is ignored).
