Use

In this activity you edit the standard agreement for retention.

Requirements

The ICM: Retention package (package CACSRO) is active in your application.

Standard settings

Activities

Enter a standard agreement for retention or edit one as follows:

  1. Determine the validity period of the standard agreement.
  2. Enter a name for the standard agreement.

    For the user to be offered a list of retention rules during creation or editing of the commission contract, you must assign the standard contract retention rules.

  3. Select the respective standard agreement and doubleclick on Standard Agreement for Retention Active Versions.
  4. Assign the standard agreement the relevant retention rules and define their validity periods.
  5. Determine the parameters of the rule characteristics that are to serve as default values during creation of an invididual retention agreement in the commission contract:
    1. Maximum retention amount
    2. Percentage of retention
    3. Threshold value for retention
  6. Also specify the following parameters:
    1. Period rule
    2. Offset recalls
    3. Effective validity
  7. Assign the rule characteristics remuneration types:
    1. Choose Assign Remuneration Types (Active Versions).
    2. Select the remuneration types that are to be assigned rule characteristics.
    3. Determine the retention rule.
    4. Specify the effective validity of the assignment.
  8. Save your entries
