In this activity you specify the length of time for which a commission document has to remain in the system until it is archived.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries or Change.
  2. Under Minimum retention period since last change (CHG_DATE) per object select the archiving category. Enter the minimum retention period in days that has to elapse after a commission document has been created before it is archived. Newer commission documents must not be archived under any circumstances. Older documents can be archived if they meet all the criteria.
  3. Under Arch. Commn Doc.: Enter minimum retention period you specify the minimum retention period in days for each document type, business object type and remunerating business transaction type that has to elapse from the posting or effective date before a commission document is archived. If you enter "__", the minimum retention period applies to all document types, business object types and remunerating business transaction types.
